When you submit an inspection request, contact message, or property-management inquiry, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (optional), property address, city and ZIP code, property type, the concerns you select, any description you write, your preferred contact method, and any photos you choose to attach.

We use this information only to respond to your request and to carry out the roofing work you ask us about.

To understand which marketing brings people to the site, we store the page you first landed on, the website or campaign that referred you (including any UTM values in the link), a randomly generated visit identifier, whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop, and which pages and buttons were used. This is stored in your browser and in our own records. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Where website analytics tools are used, the same page and button activity is also shared with those providers, which use their own cookies.

Photos submitted with an inspection request are stored privately. They are not published, not publicly linked, and can only be opened by authorized Sunset Roofing staff who are signed in to the internal lead system.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you — website hosting, database and file storage, email notification delivery, and analytics. We do not sell your information.

Lead records are kept so we can service your project and follow up. Ask us and we will delete your information where we are able to.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask what we hold, by calling or emailing us. You can also block or clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then work less well.
